Future FIRE Dancehall and Afro Beat and Pop One BIG Bounce

Whaddup, today STR8 Fire, we searched the radio waves, sound cloud and every corner of the internet to find new music reggae and dancehall music we think is pure fire and will shell, shell, shell down the place and we don't mean peanut shell ;-)

Track 1 " Let me Live" an inspirational feel good anthem from our favourite production group  Major Lazer who has travelled to Africa to capture this dance number. We like this one as it bounces between traditonal reggae and afro beat and features the other british cross over unit Rudimental who has also done collabs with Sean Paul and Stylo G.

The video gives us on a kaliescope of colours from a London neighbourhood to a dance party in South Africa. The video was filmed in Johannesburg and features some very talented South African dance troupes. Maaaaaad Music wi Seh. Big Up to our follower JWilliams for dropping this shot

Then on the pop side come Ne- Yo, no stranger to Jamaican culture on this dancehall infused track "Push Back" also featuring Bebe Rexha and Stefflon Don. We actually like Stefflon Don's cameo in this song it carries the swing and is by far the strongest part of the track. Stefflon asserting her Jamaican edge and coming to take some of the spotlight from Nicki Minaj who would be the normal Caribbean flavour on a track like this. No need to identify the Danchall in this one it SELL OFF

MAD NOTE: BET Yuh any MONEY neither NE-YO or Bebe Rexha have any true idea what Stefflon is saying, pree her lyrics closely
