Some of you may not have caught the 2011 BET Hip Hop awards recently, it wasn't a bad show but the highlight of the show that everyone was talking about the Cyphers.
A Cypher is a freestyle battle rap, 16 bars of your best battle raps. BET over the pass couple of years has been using its Hip Hop Awards to feature this art form. This year there were 7 Cyphers in all.
Although Eminem and Shady Records got most of the buzz. I want to give some shine on one that stood out to me. If you can appreciate rhyming at its best the braggadocio, the metaphors, alliteration, cadence or just the plain poetry you got to love the Cypher which featured Busta Ryhmes and Ludacris . Busta was maaaad . Watch it and learn why he and Luda are still top in the Rap game after all these years.
Best line "Have some many rings they call me Ringling Brother"...............maaad
