DMX- Raw and Uncut

A classic banger  from DMX released in 1998, the video was shot in the infamous Tunnel in NYC known for its gritty Sunday nights parties.


Although DMX has since faced a plethora of legal problems, what this video shows him in my opinion in his peak and at at the early part of his carrer with unbridled raw energy. Couple noteworthy cameos in this one including  a young Russel Simmons and Kimora (2:02 mark) when they were a couple, Irv Gotti and Lyor Cohen.


Pit bulls, chains, gritty  and a real live hip hop crowsd....maaaad


X talking about Optimus Prime long before the movie made him famous and love the line protected by Viper stand back, whatever happened to those talking alarms.

Interesting factoid, his stage name was originally an acronym of "Divine Master of the Unknown", but also pays tribute to an instrument he used in the 1980s, the Oberheim DMX drum machine.
