This is the definition of the BIGGest and BADDest Party

Whaddup u know we switch it up musically so this week is an EDM feature but if you listen carefully the Jamaican influence is in there too.

Brussels Airlines had 140 additional flights from 67 different cities around the world to get festival goers with 214 different nationalities to Boom, Belgium. Its Massive

Can you handle it for One Hour

Could you listen to the the same song for a 1 hour  at a time. That's cray. Surprising there are a lot of music on You Tube that cater to just that desire.

We laughed at it at first but on further listen we found it can work

So here is our best example

Are you with Me  Lost Frequencies  play this song in the background while you are work and see  if you get tired of it......We found it quite engaging and time passed like it was nothing

Other popular ones are R. City and Adam Levine Locked Away

And other sing along classics like Ride twenty One pilots

But in our opinion too much lyrics becomes monotonous we prefer to let the riddim play .....there are even 10 hour loop of Chain smokers Closer. We don't get it with so much music in the universe you choose 1 song for 10 hours but stranger things have happened in this MaaaD music world.

Can you Shuffle?

Hey Mad Peeps have you every seen the new variation of the Shuffle dance. It has the pulse and tempo of new EDM music and fits right in with the hard hitting bass drums and 140-160 beats per minute pace with some really cool dance moves.

Here is a snippet of some Shuffle dance moves ....MAAAAD MI  TELL U

Too lazy to edit this so just watch the first dance sequence unless you really like EDM and POP Trance music then you can listen on but the sparkle is finished after 3min 20seconds

The Dance has its background in the Melbourne Shuffle (also known as Rocking or simply The Shuffle) and is a rave and club dance from the late 1980s in the underground rave music scene in Melbourne, Australia. The basic movements in the dance are a fast heel-and-toe action with a style that lends itself to today's various types of electronic music.

It has evolved in recent years where it is mostly based on keeping in time with bass beats and more arm movements. You will notice it incorporates elements of "running man". The Shuffle has been seen in the past remember "Party Rockers Anthem" by LMFAO well same thing but it continues to develop with variations to the faster paced music.

It kinda cool wi nah lie maaaad what music can mek u do....Try it

Should have been Popcaan in this Video

You are probably bouncing to this happy pop tune "Should have been Me" by British Producer Naughty Boy featuring Kyla and Jamaica's own Popcaan.

This horn infused tune has Popcaan taking a leaf from Sean Paul's book and jumping on the collab train  and finding success particular in the British and European Market. Popcaan di Unruly Boss with jus a a few bars adds a winning flavour to a big chune.

The video for this one is very cinematic and well shot in Kampala, Uganada  but we a pree it  and can't understand how this was  green lighted. the video has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the song.

The song is all about love and relationships only relationship  we see is this is a new found passion for skateboarding.

Pretty video,  nice imagery but nothing to do with  the reality . Check Poppy's lyrics " Mi guess that a so di ting go , a brand new girl me a swing to ......" Wi nuh see how dat factor in the video

The song SHOT still but they could a fly down to Jamaica we could a give dem some nice Jamaican girls to feature up in di video

Next time link wi fas,  wi have ideas a flow like Dunns River.............Maaaad

This Tune is Big

Another big chune from  the collective called Major Lazer along with DJ Snake (from Turn down for What fame) what is there to not like in this tune. great beat, catchy lyrics and that chorus with the dancehall/bangra percussion... maaaad. The song features vocals by Danish recording artist MØ.  The single has already reached the top-ten in nineteen international charts, including number one in Australia and number four in the UK.

Its is classified as Moombahton, EDM and elctro pop  music.

We think it has a dancehall flavour and that is what we like about it. The video concept goes to India  but they cant disguise it we know its reggae. Dont guh round di ting.(its murder she wrote riddim)

MØ cant dance to save her life but she gets an A for effort

This music is maaaaaad flavourful..............dope and all dat

Do you realize she sings" focus ...fire a gun all we need some one to lean on" whatever that means. Interestingly a more radio friendly version of the song is played in Australia - with the lyrics 'fire a gun' replaced with 'into the sun'.

Bored with your job, you "Could be the One" in Barbados

Dutch Dance DJ Nicky Romero and the Super Swede DJ maestro Avicii, have  teamed up along with Swedish singer Noonie Baomaestro to create a dance masterpiece in "I Could be the One" a danceable number which stands head and shoulders above current dance tracks just by itself but  is even more likeable with the release of the accompanying video, we love the get loose from the norm, escapist concept and also the fact it features our fellow Caribbean island of Barbados. We have a lot of family, friends and fans in Barbados and we like the shine the video gives to Barbados, its famous beaches and landscape.

Apart from the end of the video, some telltale sings of Barbados, the constant Banks Beer shots, the picturesque east cost, weed smoking :-), dancehall wining (which strangely enough is at the same tempo as this dance music ) and we are sure thats Accra Beach she is walking on.

All our Bajan fans can you please tell me where those other shots are taken?

Maaad song and maad video it cant go wrong

Be warned the video is rated R just a little raunchy and naughty ;-)

This track is already poised for great things as this  new track just hit the #1 position on the Top 100 BeatPort chart, which is the ITunes equivalent for EDM (Electronic Dance Music)

Plus if you don't think this song has danceable vibe peep this performance video from Miami and some other dance festivals ...can you feel it!!

I get a good feeling every time I hear this chorus

Electronic Dance Music is the hottest genre of music right now and I love some of the material out there right now, as with all things cool there is always a  cross-over appeal.

You may have heard this original song "Levels" by Avicii, what is interesting about this piece of music apart from it being insanely catchy and danceable is that the artist Avicii released it only as a promo copy with the  intention of releasing it as part of an album.

However somehow they gave permission to others to use the sample and now the remix is even more popular than the original,.this version features dance/rapper  Flo Rida (a creative and more original name for a native Floridan rapper there couldn't be)  which is now the more popular version of the song,  it even has an official video while Avicii doesn't have his video out. The Flo Rida version is now siting on Billboard magazine at position 6 on the way to the top.

Another  observation he is copying the concept of the tablet in front the of the face (last seen in the discontinued HP touch pad commercial) , but  alas he is doing it on an Apple I pad , chalk one down for Apple.

Not sure why Flo Rida thought we would be interested in his work out regimen for his video. Maybe he gets a good feeling from the work outs, I dunno.

Personally I like this song as the rapping adds texture to the song. What do you all think?

Lets dig a little deeper what really works for this song, in our  opinion surely it is the sample of Etta James  soulful classic "Something Gotta Give". I mean if she didn't lay down those great lyrics and deliver it with such passion it wouldn't  go on to be the classic tune it now is.

Lets peep the original which, trust me is just as funky as the modern day versions. Ahh tell you this music is maaaad.
